Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to ProRoofing. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (the "Client") and ProRoofing (the "Company", "we", or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting our services, or contracting with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Description of Services

Pro Roofing offers professional roofing services, including but not limited to: new roof installation, repairs, maintenance, inspections, customization, commercial roofing services, damage repair, gutters, remodeling, painting, and other related services. The specific description of contracted services will be detailed in the quote or contract provided to the Client.

3. Quotes and Contracts

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change if work conditions vary or if additional problems are discovered during project execution. Any modification to the scope of work will require a written agreement and may result in additional costs.

4. Payment

An initial deposit of 40% is required to schedule work, unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance will be paid according to the schedule established in the contract. Late payment may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% monthly. We accept cash, checks, bank transfer, and major credit cards.

5. Warranties

ProRoofing offers warranties on workmanship and materials as specified in your contract. Manufacturer warranties are transferred directly to the Client. Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, alterations made by third parties, or normal wear and tear. To maintain warranty validity, periodic inspections are recommended according to our guidelines.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, without penalty to either party.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pro Roofing maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the contracted services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of income or profits, or cost of substitute goods.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our website, logos, trademarks, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Pro Roofing. Reproduction, distribution, or modification is not permitted without our written consent.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where we operate, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
